EXPERIENCE
I completed my Psychology BSc with honours in 2012. Focusing on Cognitive Behavioural Study, Developmental Psychology, Human Relations and Mindfulness.
I received an Executive position in Business and Marketing at an esteemed International Relations Think Tank. My work there offered me strong foundations in business strategy, marketing & communication.
I am an E-RYT facilitator for Holistic Yoga Teacher Trainings with the Kula Collective. During these trainings we focus in depth on spiritual evolution, working with many practices and philosophies to heal and awaken.
I am a trained wellness counsellor. Working in many different environments with a range of different individuals providing counselling and mentorship.

Working with Gaia, I received so much wisdom about all things “healing.” She was also an integral part of developing my own offerings in the wellness space, always offering such beautiful guidance and empowerment as I gained my footing in an unfamiliar place. My goal upon starting our program together was to gain more confidence and comfort in terms of connecting to the spiritual realm, and the practices that she guided me through really worked magic! She helped me nurture my intuition, connect to Source energy in a way that honored my body through this process of opening up. She guided me through many beautiful meditations and shamanic journeys that gifted me so much. One of my favorite sessions was full moon eclipse ceremony that she guided for us—it was pure magic. The breathwork she guided also helped me break up so much “stuff” that was subconsciously being stored in my body. I continue to refer back to these practices today, as they are incredibly powerful. Gaia also intuitively led me through an incredibly transformative cleanse that helped me return back to feeling like myself again after going through a period of feeling “stuck” physically, emotionally, and mentally. It was both empowering and exciting to observe my body’s almost immediate rejuvenation through this process, as it was my first cleanse.
Gaia has such strong intuition, which made each session so magical as she was able to connect deeply to what my soul needed in each moment.
