Cancellations & Refunds

Spirit Medicine Retreats are non refundable within 3 months of the start date.
If it is more than 1 month prior to the start date, we can discuss the potential of carrying the value of the retreat forward to a future retreat. However, there are currently no retreats planned for 2025 and we cannot guarantee the price of the retreat will remain the same.
If cancellation occurs within a month of the retreat there are no refunds and it is not possible to use carry the value of the retreat forward.

Covid & Sickness

It is important in the weeks leading up to the retreat to take care of yourself physically and energetically. As you are preparing to come on a profound journey it is important to eat healthily and consider what you are energetically consuming in the form of conversation, social media, the news etc. We recommend participants begin the journey within at least two weeks prior to joining us. This may mean minimising socialising and increasing time spent in nature, journalling and meditating. This is beneficial primarily to support your experience on Spirit Medicine Retreat. It will also reduce the chances of picking up any sickness.

If you do happen to get sick prior to joining us on retreat we adhere to the above cancellation and refund policies.

If you are covid positive and choose to come on Spirit Medicine Retreat we will create a space for you to camp in the garden and maintain social distancing for the retreat. You will be able to participate in the experience, however, Gaia will most likely serve you either a very small amount or no medicine. Being sick is a big enough initiation to be going through.
